During my time at NatWest I spearheaded UX/UI projects, developing a global Design Library for cohesive branding across teams. Key projects included building a data platform for Core Expansion that streamlined analytics access, crafting a responsive design for Retail Disputes to enhance fraud and dispute workflows, and creating the CRAM DB app, which transformed complex tables into a user-friendly, searchable interface.
